The Chestnut Tree Cafe on the Barbican shows classic sci-fi films and TV every Wednesday.

On Wednesday 20th August, about 20 Doctor Who fans launched an invasion of the place to watch two exciting adventures, The Five Doctors from 1973 and Rose from 2005.

Despite poking numerous holes in the plots (as only true fans can) everyone had a great time, taking full advantage of the wonderful company and rather pleasant artistic surroundings.
